So here I go…I created this blog back in April 2016. Of course, I let it sit for months. I’ve never created a website and I am not tech savvy!  My new therapist has encouraged me to start writing.  Thanks, Dr. K and much thanks for my amazing wife for supporting me and putting up with all of my crazy bullshit!
